Software Quality Engineer

As Software Quality Engineer you are responsible for ensuring that we deliver on the core promise to our customers: exceptionally high-quality software that operates at high scalability and stability. You are intrigued by the idea to produce software that is proven to operate correctly through a powerful and well-thought-through test harness. You consider software to be an engineering discipline and software quality engineering to be the key to delivering successful projects. You enjoy collecting and interpreting software quality metrics and base your engineering on them. You are passionate about technology and admire how it can change the world to become a better place.  



  • Conducting quality assurance and designing performance tests
  • Troubleshooting any errors and streamlining the testing procedures.
  • Ensuring all tests and procedures meet company and industry standards.
  • Review of test specification
  • Creation, review, and support in the actual state of test documentation (Preparing test reports and test cases for management)
  • Execution of test cases
  • Meeting with the product design team to determine product testing parameters.
  • Assist other engineers in creating practical demonstrations of proposed solutions and demonstrating them to the customer
  • Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions including time and scope involved
  • Define clear goals for all aspects of a product test and develop steps for their proper execution.



  • Experience in object-oriented software development (Python or Java)
  • Experience in Python or Java
  • Good understanding of software patterns to make software testable (e.g., Inversion of Control, Dependency Injection, etc.)
  • Experience in unit testing, integration testing, end-to-end testing, load and performance testing, stress testing
  • Experience in test automation and automated regression testing
  • Experience in designing test cases for enterprise applications
  • Experience in Continuous Integration using Gitlab, Github, or JenkinsExperience with SonarQube or a comparable tool
  • Experience with Jira, HP Quality Center, or similar test management tools
  • Academic background in computer science or computer engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)
  • English (conversational)
