Learning Objectives:
Review of the basics of containers and microservices.
Understanding of Cloud-Native and the role of Kubernetes as well as its architecture.
Design, development, and operation of Cloud-Native applications on Kubernetes.
Experience Kubernetes up close in our interactive evening course for beginners, available in two flexible formats. Choose between our compact course, which spreads the content over 8 days in 4-hour blocks (Monday to Thursday over two weeks), or our intensive course, which offers the training in 4 full days. Both versions provide a balanced mix of theory, live demos, and practical exercises. You will learn the fundamentals of container management and cluster setup in theory through live coding and apply your new knowledge in independent exercises. This hands-on approach ensures that you actively develop and apply Kubernetes skills.

Hardware & Infrastructure
You will need a PC or Mac with a web browser and MS Teams. During the training, we will provide you with a virtual machine containing the necessary local dependencies, services, and root access. This VM will have a Kubernetes cluster on which you can test and execute the training instructions. You can access the machine via a browser or SSH if you wish and if the network restrictions allow it.
