This is your mission:

  • Run the IT Support Desk with support from the IT Manager
  • Run parts of the IT infrastructure
  • Push automation into the company
  • Software, hardware and licensing
  • Local and Remote support for all areas and locations of UT
  • Provide 1st/2nd line support for all bug/fix issues
  • Always maintain a high level of service within response, resolution and escalation time parameters
  • Take ownership of user problems, follow up the status of problems on behalf of the user and communicate progress in a timely manner

What we need:

  • Hands-on experience working in an end-user desktop support role or infrastructure support
  • Windows 7 & Windows 10
  • Remote Desktop support
  • PC/Laptop Hardware Troubleshooting
  • Microsoft Technologies, including: Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Azure
  • General troubleshooting skills
  • General troubleshooting skills
  • Very good German skills (at least B2 or better) and good English skills
